At Nordic we are committed to providing excellent service. This includes offering the following extensive warranty:

THREE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Three years on all structural frame components.

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

For one year from the date of purchase, Nordic will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any part or electronic component found upon examination by an authorised representative of Nordic to be defective in material and/or workmanship.

BATTERIES: Nordic will replace, free of charge, any battery that fails within six months of purchase, provided that the battery has not been allowed to run totally flat or has been overcharged. Any battery that fails within this period will be independantly tested as to the reason for it's failure. Should the independant Tester conclude (in writing) that the battery has been run flat then the replacement warranty does not apply, the tester's conclusion in this matter will be the final determination.

ONE YEAR WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS

TRANSAXLE: In cases where there is an increase in the operational noise level, the warranty will apply only at the descretion of Nordic, as an increase in operational noise level usually occurs due too abusive and excessive strain on the scooter.

MOTOR BRAKE: There is a six month warranty for the electrical function of the motor brake, but brake pads are subject to wear and tear and are not warranted.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

• ABS plastic shrouds and footrest covers (These items are subject to wear and tear and are not warranted).
• Batteries (Nordic provides a limited 6 month warranty, see "Batteries" above).
• Tyres and tyre tubes (These items are subject to wear and tear and are not warranted).
• Upholstery and Seating (These items are subject to wear and tear and are not warranted).
• Repairs and/or modifications made to any part of the scooter without specific or prior consent from Nordic.
• Circumstances beyond the control of Nordic.
• Damage caused by: battery fluid spillage or leakage, abuse, misuse, an accident, negligence, improper operation or maintenance or storage, commercial use or other than normal use.
• Labour, service calls, shipping, and other charges incurred for any repair of the product (at the discretion of Nordic).

THERE IS NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY

Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to six month from the date of original purchase and to the extent permitted by law. Any and all implied warranties are excluded, this is the exclusive remedy. Liabilities for consequential damages under any and all warranties are excluded.
